Yoga
With over 20 years of teaching experience, I bring depth, intuition, and skill to every class and private—crafting intelligent practices that strengthen, stretch, and balance body, mind, and spirit.

Focusing on the alignment of body, breath, and energy, I offer clear guidance and personalized refinements to deepen your practice and presence. My classes provide a strong foundation for beginners while safely challenging experienced practitioners.

My instruction draws on my advanced trainings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Alignment-based, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga and decades of study with renowned and inspiring teachers. My ongoing personal practice continues to enrich my understanding and teaching, especially through injury, life transitions, and aging. I also offer Gentle, Chair, Restorative, and Meditation yoga classes.

Yoga is both a lifelong path and a moment-to-moment experience. Whether you’re seeking transformation or simply a feel-good practice, my intention is to support you in reconnecting with your own vitality and wholeness.

Meditation
Meditation practices can help reduce stress, depression, and insomnia, enhance focus, mindfulness, and loving-kindness, and expand your awareness. Whether seated, walking, or lying down, we learn to meet what arises each moment—pleasant or difficult—with curiosity, compassion, and equanimity.

I design sessions or series, for you or your group, tailored to your intentions. For instance, the guided meditations I offered to the Museum of Fine Arts staff, in Boston, wove together instructions that took advantage of the uniquely inspiring gallery setting.

Meditating in community fosters support, connection and belonging that often deepens our individual experiences.
