I’m here to walk beside you with respect, loving-kindness, and intuitive presence. I’ll listen deeply and guide you to uncover the wisdom and strength that's already within you. Together, we’ll explore what’s asking for healing — fear, self-doubt, old stories — and nurture trust, courage, and confidence in who you truly are.
My approach uses the ARCH Life Coaching model, is Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed, and draws on spiritual and embodied practices that have each been powerful tools in my own journey of discovery and transformation.

The ARCH Life Coaching model—developed by Heather Ensworth and Kristina Lea and rooted on an ancient medicine wheel practice—works through integration of four key areas: Aligning with your compassionate, observer Self; creating healthy, loving, supportive Relationships with yourself, others, and the Universe; bringing all parts of yourself into Consciousness; and Healing past wounds through inner wisdom and transformation.
Each person's process is unique. We'll use tools that resonate with you, for example conversation, meditation, breath work, parts-work, affirmations, imagery, deep relaxation, ceremony, movement, writing, art, or others to facilitate healing, growth, and integration. With curiosity, compassion, and commitment, this work brings profound insights, clarity, and change.

Kickoff and Wrap-up Sessions are 1.5 hours. Interim sessions are 55 minutes. In-person in my peaceful spot in Great Barrington, in Western Massachusetts, or virtually. Sessions are typically 10-14 days apart.
Individual sessions: $125

In addition to being a certified ARCH Life Coach, I am also Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed. I've completed the IFS Online Circle foundational training and have years of personal experience with its powerful work. I've also completed several multi-year in-depth spiritual programs including The Art of Spiritual Guidance, Retreat Guide Training, and the Divine Art of Alchemy. I've studied Essential Archetypes, Embodied Imagination, Time of Transition, and continue to participate in intuition development classes. These experiences have been invaluable to my journey, and I'm called to share the benefits with others.
